Transparent foil, black acryl – 2018
Art work called “Spatial Temporality“ is site-specific installation, using transparent packing foil as its main material. The concept of the installation circulates around the terms such as remains, transformation, appearance/disappearance, memory, space and time.
Crucial aspect is that the artwork is not only installed in the space, but it has become a space itself with black lines painted on the foil, which reflects exact outlines of the room and its shape.
Extended black lines are in temporary transformation, regarding observer´s movement and black drawn image of the room appears and disappears in dependence of position of observing person.
